  1. Busy Bees Report (sent in by Penny Morten)

Busy Bees had a really successful open day with 4 new starters for September, which is brilliant.  We also had a very busy stall at the Wollaston Festival with a tombola, hook a duck and a chocolate throw game. Although we are gaining children slowly, we know that many automatically go to the other pre school as they can offer longer hours than ourselves.  I think our numbers will continue to tick along but we won’t grow as such until we have our own building. The children are happy and busy, especially with painting and water activities.  The garden is a hive of buzzy bees.  We have been growing our own strawberries and onions as well as herbs and flowers.  Our AGM is next week, and we are still looking for committee members to fill the post.

Can someone just clarify what Hayley’s cleaning schedule is as its apparent the floors are not being mopped everyday etc.  Clerk to send Cleaner contract and schedule to Jaza.

  1. Youth Club Report

No issues.  A new leader has applied, DBS applied for.  No Youth Club sessions now until September.  Hall hire for up to June will be paid.

  1. Studio 52 Dance Academy

No issues.  Focus is on Show at the Castle Theatre Wellingborough on July 20th & 21st.

  1. Other Users

No report
