WOLLASTON PARISH COUNCIL Meeting of the Council

Attendees are reminded that in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 and Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014, this meeting may be recorded.

You are hereby summoned to attend a Meeting of the Parish Council of Wollaston which is to be held on Thursday 19th October 2023 which commences at 7pm at The Oasis Building, High Street, Wollaston, NN29 7QQ for the purpose of transacting the following business, namely:-

  1. Open Meeting (15 minutes).
  2. To receive and accept apologies for absence.
  3. Councillors Reports North Northants Council.
  4. To receive declaration of interest related to business on the agenda.
  5. Confirmation of the minutes of Meeting of the Parish Council held on Thursday 21ST September 2023.
  6. New Councillor co-option
  7. Clerk’s Report (SG) (Appendix 1).
    • To RESOLVE & agree “no mow” areas as discussed at September Meeting.
    • To agree Cllr representatives for Remembrance Day Service 12th November
    • To agree Cllr representatives for Library Drop-in session Saturday 28th October 9.30-11.30am
  8. Finances
    • To RESOLVE to approve receipts for September 2023 (Appendix 2).
    • To RESOLVE to approve payments for October 2023 to include Grant Payments (Appendix 3).
    • To RESOLVE second quarter budget to 30 September 2023 (Appendix 4).
  9. Reports of the Working Parties/Representatives
    (a)  Playing Field & Parks Management Committee (TS) (Draft Minutes, Appendix 5)
    (b)  Environmental, Highways & Street Lights – Update (TS)
    (c)  Street Dr Report (TS) (Appendix 6).
