WOLLASTON PARISH COUNCIL
Meeting of the Council

Attendees are reminded that in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 and Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014, this meeting may be recorded.

You are hereby summoned to attend a Meeting of the Parish Council of Wollaston which is to be held on Thursday 19th March 2026 which commences at 7pm at The Oasis Building, High Street, Wollaston, NN29 7QQ for the purpose of transacting the following business, namely:

26/152          One-minute silence in memory of Mr Allan Bailey – Wollaston Parish Council previous Chairman.

 

26/153          Open Meeting (15 minutes). Members of the public can address the Parish Council on any matter for a maximum of three minutes, subject to an overall public speaking time of 15 minutes.

 

26/154          To receive and accept apologies for absence.

 

26/155          Councillors Reports North Northants Council.

 

26/156          To receive declaration of interest related to business on the agenda.

 

26/157          To approve and sign the minutes of Meeting of the Parish Council held on Thursday 19th February 2026.

 

26/158           To approve and sign the minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting of the Council held on Wednesday 4th March 2026.

 

26/159          NN/24/00021/WASFUL on Land between and rear 30 to 50, Doddington Road, Wollaston, NN29 7PR.

 

26/160          To review and approve the following policies:

The Asset Register, Financial and Management Risk Assessment Policy, Filming, Photographing and Reporting of Council and Committee Meetings Policy and Internal Financial Controls Policy.

 

26/161          Clerk’s Report

                                To consider and resolve that the council adopts the General Power of Competence.
