WOLLASTON PARISH COUNCIL

Meeting of the Council

 

Attendees are reminded that in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 and Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014, this meeting may be recorded.

You are hereby summoned to attend a Meeting of the Parish Council of Wollaston which is to be held on Thursday 16th July 2026 which commences at 7pm at The Oasis Building, High Street, Wollaston for the purpose of transacting the following business, namely: –

 

26/209          Open Meeting (15 minutes). Members of the public can address the Parish Council on any matter for a maximum of three minutes, subject to an overall public speaking time of 15 minutes.

 

26/210          To receive and accept apologies for absence.

 

26/211          Councillors Reports North Northants Council.

 

26/212          To receive declaration of interest related to business on the agenda.

 

26/213          To approve and sign the minutes of Meeting of the Parish Council held on Thursday 18th June 2026.

 

26/214          NN/24/00021/WASFUL on Land between and rear 30 to 50, Doddington Road, Wollaston, NN29 7PR. (JM/SA)

 

26/215          To discuss wood chippings for the Irchester Road footpath – NF

 

26/216          To RESOLVE to review the Member Code of Conduct and Equality and Diversity Policies on an annual basis rather than bi-annually.  To review and approve the Member Code of Conduct and the Equality and Diversity Policy. – Clerk

                        Data Protection Policy, Data Breach Policy, Freedom of Information and Parish Council Publication Scheme.
