WOLLASTON PARISH COUNCIL
Meeting of the Council

Attendees are reminded that in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 and Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014, this meeting may be recorded.

You are hereby summoned to attend a Meeting of the Parish Council of Wollaston which is to be held on Thursday 16th April 2026 which commences at 7pm at The Oasis Building, High Street, Wollaston, NN29 7QQ for the purpose of transacting the following business, namely:

26/166          Open Meeting (15 minutes). Members of the public can address the Parish Council on any matter for a maximum of three minutes, subject to an overall public speaking time of 15 minutes.

 

26/167          To receive and accept apologies for absence.

 

26/168          Councillors Reports North Northants Council.

 

26/169          To receive declaration of interest related to business on the agenda.

 

26/170          To approve and sign the minutes of Meeting of the Parish Council held on Thursday 19th March 2026.

 

26/171          NN/24/00021/WASFUL on Land between and rear 30 to 50, Doddington Road, Wollaston, NN29 7PR. (JM)

 

26/172          To review and approve the following policies:

Email and use of Internet policy.  General Statement of Safety Policy. WPC Grant Agreement Policy

                        To review and RESOLVE the continued appointment of the Internal Auditor Julia Tufnail for 2025/2026 and

                        confirm its acceptance that the internal auditor meets the necessary independence requirements.

  • To RESOLVE to approve receipts for March 2026

  • To RESOLVE to approve Bank Reconciliation as of 31.03.26
  • To RESOLVE to approve the end of year budget to 31 March 2026
