WOLLASTON PARISH COUNCIL

Playing Field & Parks Management Committee

You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Playing Field & Parks Management Committee to be held on Wednesday 08th October 2025 at 7.00pm at Village Hall, High Street, Wollaston for the purpose of transacting the following business, namely:

  1. Welcome and Apologies.
  2. Confirmation of the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 10th September 2025.
  3. Finances – update payments to end of September 2025 quarterly budget to September 2025.
  4. Play equipment and gym inspection/maintenance.
  5. MUGA update.
  6. Pocket Park.
  7. Sports Association report.
  8. Purchases required.
  9. Field maintenance/matters relating to the field.
  10. Date of next meeting.
