Playing Field & Parks Management Committee

You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Playing Field & Parks Management Committee to be held on Wednesday 11th October 2023 at 7.00pm at The Hill Club Upstairs Lounge, High Street, Wollaston for the purpose of transacting the following business, namely: –

  1. Welcome and Apologies
  2. Confirmation of the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 13th September 2023.
  3. Finances – update payments made in September 2023 & quarterly budget to September 2023.
  4. Play equipment and gym inspection/maintenance.
  5. Pocket Park.
  6. Sports Association report.
  7. Purchases required.
  8. Field maintenance/matters relating to the field.
  9. VAT Update.
  10. Date of next meeting.
