WOLLASTON PARISH COUNCIL

Playing Field & Parks Management Committee

You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Playing Field & Parks Management Committee to be held on Wednesday 4th June 2025 at 7.00pm at Village Hall, High Street, Wollaston for the purpose of transacting the following business, namely:

  1. Election of Chair and Vice Chair.
  2. Welcome and Apologies.
  3. Review procedures: Standing Orders/Risk Assessment.
  4. Confirmation of the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 14th May 2025.
  5. Finances – update payments May 2025.
  6. Play equipment and gym inspection/maintenance.
  7. MUGA update.
  8. Pocket Park.
  9. Sports Association report.
  10. Purchases required.
  11. Field maintenance/matters relating to the field.
  12. Date of next meeting.
