WOLLASTON PARISH COUNCIL

Playing Field & Parks Management Committee

You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Playing Field & Parks Management Committee to be held on Wednesday 9th July 2025 at 7.00pm at Village Hall, High Street, Wollaston for the purpose of transacting the following business, namely:

  1. Welcome and Apologies.
  2. Sign off amended Standing Orders/Risk Assessment.
  3. Confirmation of the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 4th June 2025.
  4. Finances – update payments June 2025 and quarterly budget to end of June 2025.
  5. Play equipment and gym inspection/maintenance.
  6. MUGA update.
  7. Pocket Park.
  8. Sports Association report.
  9. Purchases required.
  10. Field maintenance/matters relating to the field.
  11. Date of next meeting.
