Playing Field & Parks Management Committee

You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Playing Field & Parks Management Committee to be held on Wednesday 10 January 2024 at 7.00pm at The Hill, Wollaston for the purpose of transacting the following business, namely:

  1. Welcome and Apologies.
  2. Confirmation of the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 13 December 2023.
  3. Finances – update and quarterly budget to December 2023.
  4. Play equipment and gym inspection/maintenance.
  5. Pocket Park.
  6. Sports Association report.
  7. Purchases required.
  8. Field maintenance/matters relating to the field.
  9. Date of next meeting.
