WOLLASTON PARISH COUNCIL

Playing Field & Parks Management Committee

You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Playing Field & Parks Management Committee to be held on Wednesday 9th April 2025 at 7.00pm at Village Hall, High Street, Wollaston for the purpose of transacting the following business, namely:

    1. Welcome and Apologies.
    2. Confirmation of the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 12th March 2025.
    3. Finances – update to end of March 2025 & final Budget figures for 2024/25.
    4. Play equipment and gym inspection/maintenance.
    5. Pocket Park.
    6. Sports Association report.
    7. MUGA update.
    8. Purchases required.
    9. Field maintenance/matters relating to the field.
    10. Date of next meeting.
